Deadline: January 31, 2026
The Future of Health Grant Spring 2026 offers a structured three-level program designed to support early-stage digital health startups with financial and operational assistance.
The Future of Health Grant focuses on a three-level program for early-stage digital health start-ups, including the Idea level (CHF 10,000), MVP level (CHF 30,000), and Market validation level (CHF 50,000), with startups able to cumulate grants as they progress for a total of up to CHF 90,000 in non-dilutive funding. Participants benefit from personalized coaching, CxO as a service to augment their team, market feedback from a network of healthcare professionals, and media exposure. Eligibility requires being an early-stage startup (pre-seed or seed) in digital health with a solution applicable to the Swiss healthcare system, and if the startup is not based in Switzerland, a plan to develop business in Switzerland, such as through collaboration, a pilot, or market entry, is necessary.
The grant is tailored to startups at different stages of development, from the initial idea to market validation, allowing participants to receive the appropriate funding as they progress. With a total potential of CHF 90,000 in non-dilutive support, the program ensures that startups can grow without giving up equity.
Beyond funding, participants gain access to personalized coaching and a CxO-as-a-service model to strengthen their team. Startups also benefit from direct market feedback through a network of healthcare professionals, helping refine their solutions and increase the likelihood of success in the Swiss healthcare ecosystem.
Media exposure is another key feature, providing startups with visibility to potential partners, investors, and customers. The combination of financial support, operational guidance, and market validation creates an environment for startups to successfully bring their digital health innovations to the market.
To be eligible, applicants must be early-stage startups in digital health, either pre-seed or seed, with a solution applicable to Switzerland. For startups outside Switzerland, a concrete plan to enter the Swiss market is required, such as collaboration, pilot projects, or other market entry strategies.
