The Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF), with the support of PMI Science R&D Center Armenia, is excited to announce the Faculty Research Funding Program 2025.
This initiative is designed to foster innovative research that addresses the industry’s current challenges, bridging the gap between academic research and industry needs.
Aims
- The program aims to provide financial and systemic support to applied research projects conducted by teams from leading universities, research institutes, innovative start-ups, and forward-thinking companies.
Focus Areas
- They invite proposals in the following areas:
- Connectivity for a purpose: solutions to enable seamless and intuitive experiences.
- Novel materials and botanicals for new experiences.
- Wellbeing space: physical, mental, and social well-being.
- Advanced manufacturing & automation
Funding Information
- The Research projects may have an implementation period of up to 3 months with financing of up to AMD 6 million (including all taxes and mandatory fees). Additionally, the program provides a platform for building partnerships and opening opportunities for commercializing applied research results. Selected teams will also have the opportunity to participate in exclusive community activities and collaborate closely with mentors and field experts.
Scientific Domains
- The proposals should cover the following scientific domains:
- Applied Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology and Botanicals, AI and Data Science.
Eligibility Criteria
- The program welcomes research teams who meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Consists of a research team comprising at least 3 members, at least 18 years of age, representing leading research institutes, universities, innovative start-ups, visionary companies, or other relevant organizations.
- Demonstrate a research project with applied solid value and relevance to the priority areas.
