The United Nations Development Programme has announced a procurement opportunity for hybrid film production combining interviews and animation film production in Namibia.
The opportunity focuses on hybrid film production services that combine interviews and animation to meet UNDP’s project requirements. Opportunities issued under the Request for Quotation (RFQ) procurement method generally have an estimated contract value between US$10,000 and US$200,000.
To be eligible, vendors must have adequate financial resources or the ability to obtain them, provide audited financial statements for completed fiscal years upon request, comply with UNDP General Terms and Conditions of Contract, possess the necessary organization, facilities, experience, operational and accounting controls, insurance, and technical skills, including relevant quality and safety systems where applicable.
Vendors should also have a satisfactory performance record with UNDP, where applicable, and sufficient material and financial resources to meet existing commercial commitments. In addition, vendors must not be suspended or debarred by UNDP or another UN agency and must not appear on the United Nations Security Council Resolution Lists. If applying as a consortium, holding company, or parent company, the entire group must meet these eligibility requirements.
