The SEED Programme 2026, an initiative by CITSET in collaboration with NEIP, is designed to empower student entrepreneurs by providing structured support to develop and scale their business ventures.
The programme focuses on equipping student entrepreneurs with training, mentorship, networking opportunities, access to funding, and practical support to help them launch, grow, and scale their enterprises. It is specifically targeted at students who either have a business idea or are already running an existing venture, with the aim of strengthening their entrepreneurial capacity through guided development and ecosystem support.
The SEED Programme serves as a transformative platform that encourages innovation and enterprise development among students. Through its structured approach, participants are given the opportunity to refine their business concepts and gain exposure to essential entrepreneurial skills and guidance that can support long-term sustainability and growth.
By connecting student entrepreneurs with relevant resources and support systems, the programme aims to bridge the gap between ideas and successful business implementation. It creates an enabling environment where young innovators can build confidence, expand their networks, and position their ventures for future success.
