The Tedder Hill Wind Farm Community Fund provides financial support to communities located within a five-kilometre radius of Roos Post Office (HU12 0HP), aiming to benefit local residents and organisations through a variety of initiatives.
The fund supports projects in several key areas, including educational initiatives, environmental projects, energy-efficiency programs, and wider community activities that enhance local wellbeing. Applications seeking funding over £1,000 should be submitted online to the main fund. While there are no strict upper or lower limits, requests above £10,000 are considered exceptional and will receive special consideration from the fund panel.
For smaller-scale projects, applications between £500 and £1,000 can be submitted to the Small Grants fund, which offers a simpler process tailored to one-off or limited-scope initiatives. This ensures that even modest community projects have access to financial support to make a positive local impact.
