Deadline Date: February 23, 2026
Applications are now open to find European performers’ managers able to organize and valorise the Barcelona 10-day event (23 April 2026 – 3 May 2026) by means of artistic performances able to engage the audience, improving the project outreach, and showcasing the YouRban technologies and artifacts.
The Open Call focuses on connecting performances with audiences to make the event lively, creatively showcasing urban technologies and recycled materials, increasing the visibility and impact of the project, and working with applicants who have experience in organising and managing artistic events.
Each project has a budget of €100,000, and the organisation and implementation of the 10-day event will take place over a maximum of two months. Eligible applicants include companies, associations, or organisations from any EU country with the capacity to deliver high-quality artistic performances and manage event logistics effectively.
The initiative builds on the results of Open Call 1 and Open Call 2 winners and aims to provide dynamic performances in Barcelona that integrate urban technologies and highlight sustainable practices. The consortium will provide location permits, with two possible implementation spaces: a public open space, such as a square, or a public enclosed space safely closed at night. Applicants must provide solutions for both scenarios, clearly explaining the differences between their approaches.
