The focus areas under SSIP 2.0 include support for tinkering and prototyping, proof of concept development, patent support, design support, and copyright assistance.
SSIP 2.0 aims to promote innovations and start-ups across traditional and new age technologies as well as sunrise sectors. The policy is structured to encourage creative ideas and provide necessary assistance to help them progress into viable innovations or start-up ventures.
The initiative is open to individuals who aspire to innovate and build start-ups, offering structured support aligned with the objectives of the policy. Any person up to the age of 35 years is eligible to apply under SSIP 2.0.
