Deadline Date: January 19, 2026
The Fund for Professional Services of Ukraine (FPSU) is inviting regional development agencies and civic organisations across Ukraine to apply for a new grant opportunity aimed at strengthening dialogue between local authorities and business, and enhancing support for entrepreneurship within communities.
This grant seeks to encourage collaboration between government, business, and civil society to build stronger local economies and more resilient communities.
The expected grant duration is 12 months, with each individual grant anticipated to range from UAH 1,200,000 to UAH 2,500,000. The FPSU reserves the right to recommend adjustments to the proposed budget, including potential increases or decreases, depending on the scope and justification of the project activities.
Through this grant, eligible agencies and organisations have the chance to secure funding that supports locally‑driven initiatives to foster entrepreneurship, improve governance, and build bridges between public authorities and entrepreneurs. The aim is to increase transparency, cooperation, and trust — enabling businesses to grow with the support of local institutions, while allowing communities to actively participate in shaping their economic future.
The opportunity emphasises building sustainable local infrastructure for entrepreneurship, helping agencies create support mechanisms, improve communication between stakeholders, and design programs that nurture small business and social enterprise. By securing grant support, agencies can catalyze new ventures, encourage community investment, and help local economies recover and grow under challenging conditions.
This call is relevant for regional development agencies, community organisations, and other civic‑sector actors who play a role in facilitating local economic development and business support. For those willing to engage in building stronger relationships between business and government, this grant represents a concrete pathway to turn ideas into meaningful community action — strengthening local economies with collaborative, inclusive, and forward-looking initiatives.
