The BioNEST-JIIT Incubation Programme is an innovation support initiative in India that invites students, researchers, faculty, and entrepreneurs to develop and scale ideas in biotechnology, health-tech, and allied scientific domains.
The focus areas, of the BioNEST-JIIT Incubation Programme include biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, health-tech innovation, sustainability, food science, and other allied life science domains, along with support for research translation, startup development, and interdisciplinary scientific innovation.
The programme provides incubation support to innovators and entrepreneurs working in life sciences and sustainability-related fields. It aims to foster research-driven innovation and support the development of scalable solutions in health and science-based sectors.
Selected participants gain access to dedicated laboratory space, state-of-the-art instruments, technical mentorship, grant application assistance, regulatory and intellectual property support, networking opportunities, office and meeting spaces, and dry lab facilities.
The programme is open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD students, researchers, faculty members, as well as Indian startups and innovators working in life sciences and sustainability domains.
