Deadline Date: October 01, 2026
The Travel Grants programme supports short-term travel between Lithuania and Sweden to explore project ideas, build partnerships, and participate in collaborative activities that may lead to larger joint initiatives.
The focus areas of this funding opportunity include meeting potential project partners, drafting joint cooperation plans, conducting research, participating in conferences and workshops, and supporting collaboration between Swedish and Lithuanian colleagues. The programme is designed to help individuals and organisations take the first steps toward developing sustainable cross-border partnerships.
These travel grants aim to enable participation in key meetings and activities where financial support can make the difference between attending or not attending. They are intended to strengthen international cooperation and encourage the development of new joint projects.
Funding is calculated using a formula based on the number of participants, number of travel days, and travel route between the starting point and destination. Grants cover travel for a maximum duration of five days, ensuring focused and short-term engagement between participants.
