The Avant Now Accelerator programme is offering to support early-stage founders in building scalable, impact-driven startups and achieving investment readiness through disciplined company development.
The key priorities of this accelerator include supporting founders tackling large-scale structural problems, strengthening venture-building capabilities, enhancing leadership and business model development, improving capital strategy and investor positioning, and preparing startups for long-term investment readiness and market growth.
The Avant Now Accelerator focuses on working with majority female-led and FLINTA founder teams that combine impact-driven thinking with strong venture execution. It is designed for startups aiming to build sustainable ecological or societal impact at scale while operating at capital-market standards.
The programme operates through a structured four-stage process. It begins with application and review, where startups are assessed based on scalability, structural relevance, team strength, and capital readiness. Selected teams then move into a selection and alignment phase, where growth priorities, capital strategy, and execution milestones are defined to ensure clear direction and accountability.
The third stage focuses on disciplined company building, where founders work intensively on strengthening leadership capacity, refining business models, and improving investor readiness. The final stage supports investment readiness and access, ensuring that startups exit the programme with a refined investor narrative, a strategic funding roadmap, and continued long-term partnership support.
The accelerator provides equity-free funding of €2,500 per month per participating founder for up to 12 months, based on the Berlin Startup Scholarship model. The programme duration is six months, with the possibility of extension up to 12 months depending on progress such as incorporation and early revenue or funding achievements.
Eligible applicants must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate before the programme begins. Startups must have a tested MVP, be pre-revenue, and either be in the process of incorporation or already registered. Applicants must not have previously received startup funding or grants such as the Berlin Startup Grant or EXIST. The founding team must also be majority female and/or FLINTA in both ownership and representation.
