The European Commission is seeking applications to establish or replicate One-Stop Shops (OSS) that provide integrated services to support clean energy transition in private buildings.
The program supports the development of integrated One-Stop Shop services for residential buildings owned by individuals, residential buildings owned by professional landlords, and commercial tertiary buildings particularly occupied by SMEs, focusing on delivering end-to-end support for clean energy transition including technical assessment, renovation design, contractor selection, coordination of works, financing facilitation, and quality assurance.
This funding opportunity aims to address barriers faced by private building owners in implementing energy efficiency improvements and renewable energy solutions by simplifying the renovation process through comprehensive support across the entire customer journey. Projects are expected to establish operational OSS structures that connect stakeholders across the value chain and demonstrate how services will be implemented and tested through pilot activities that trigger initial investments and build organisational capacity.
Proposals should demonstrate strong partnerships with relevant actors and develop sustainable business models that minimise reliance on public funding while enabling large-scale deployment and replication. Emphasis is placed on measurable outcomes such as energy savings, emissions reduction, and increased investment in sustainable energy solutions.
The total estimated budget for the overall call is EUR 85.5 million, with EUR 9 million allocated specifically for this topic.
Eligible applicants must be legal entities, either public or private bodies, established in EU Member States, including overseas countries and territories, or in non-EU countries associated with the LIFE Programme.
