Deadline: 3 April 2025
Do you want to engage in the demonstration of the innovative iMERMAID solutions towards the monitoring and reduction of chemical contaminants of emerging concern in water resources? If yes, then this call is for you!
The iMERMAID Open Call #2 invites regional and local authorities to propose their use cases, to showcase the feasibility, replicability and scale up of the solutions, and expand the number of use cases acting as demonstrators.
The iMERMAID project develops innovative solutions that prevent, monitor and remediate the Mediterranean against Contaminants of Emerging Concern (CoEC). The awarded third parties will be engaged in further demonstration of the innovative iMERMAID solutions. Beneficiaries are required to propose their own actions, addressing their specific challenges and objectives, aligning with the goals of iMERMAID and with the aim to identify suitable solutions coming from the iMERMAID project that will support their chemical monitoring and remediation activities. The proposed extended action and area needs to be compatible with the iMERMAID objectives, solutions and processes. Proposals addressing the domains already tackled in the internal project use-cases can be the same but need to be executed in a different region. iMERMAID will provide financial support to third parties based on principles of transparency, objectivity and fairness.
