The Vinnova is now accepting grant applications to improve the verification and validation of knowledge-intensive ideas.
The focus areas include verification and validation of knowledge-intensive ideas, commercialization and scaling, development of models and strategies, processes and tools for verification and validation, strengthening collaboration among relevant actors, and analysis of obstacles and opportunities within the ecosystem.
Project grants are available for initiatives that aim to strengthen the capacity of ecosystem actors to work in a structured manner with the verification and validation of knowledge-intensive ideas. The programme seeks to ensure that ideas are assessed at an early stage to support future commercialization and scaling.
Funding is provided for projects that identify and address gaps within the ecosystem, develop effective processes, and establish sustainable support structures. Projects may also focus on creating models and strategies that improve verification and validation activities and enhance collaboration among stakeholders. Applicants may request funding of up to SEK 500,000. The maximum project duration is three months.
Eligible applicants include innovation hubs, research institutes, regional innovation platforms, research and innovation infrastructures, test and demonstration environments, science parks, clusters, and other intermediary actors within the ecosystem.
