Creative Commissions Grant supports established, professional artists and creatives to deliver a large-scale project within the City of Greater of Geelong.
It empowers them to deliver inspiring new works that push the boundaries of traditional artistic expression.
What can you apply for?
- Projects including music, dance, visual arts, fashion, writing/literature, performing arts, design, film/video, gaming and digital media.
How much can you apply for?
- There is a total grant pool of $60,000 available.
- Applicants may ask for up to $20,000.
- You can only submit one application for this grant per financial year.
Who can apply?
- Applicants who reside or operate in Australin and deliver the proposed project or activity within the City of Greater Geelong’s municipal boundaries
- Not-for-profits – incorporated bodies, co-operatives or associations
- Registered charitable organisations – refer to the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission
- Unincorporated bodies with an auspice
- For-profits – commercial entities, businesses
- Individual/Sole Traders (entity type with Australian Business Register)
