The Marketing Strategy Support Scheme is inviting applications to help micro and small enterprises become more efficient, more competitive and enhance the credibility of their business operations through external marketing expertise.
The scheme provides a maximum grant of €10,000 to part-finance eligible costs incurred for external services contracted to deliver a Marketing Strategy. Funding is reimbursed based on the actual costs incurred and paid, up to the value approved in the Grant Agreement or the invoice amount, whichever is lower.
Eligible expenditure includes the procurement of a Marketing Strategy from an external service provider that is registered with the IB and is autonomous and unrelated to the beneficiary undertaking. Expenditure is only considered eligible if it is approved in the Grant Agreement, incurred within the specified project period, and the beneficiary achieves the indicators established in the Grant Agreement and related guidance.
Eligible applicants are micro and small-sized enterprises engaged in an economic activity, regardless of their legal form. Undertakings that do not possess a legal personality under the law applicable to their establishment must be registered under the Second Schedule of the Civil Code (CAP 16 of the Laws of Malta).
