Do you want to expand your company and open up new markets abroad? Apply for Vienna Business Agency’s International Market Entry program which supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in positioning themselves internationally on a long-term basis.
With the International Market Entry Fund, they support you if your project incurs personnel and travel costs or costs for acquiring licenses and concessions to be present abroad, as well as costs for services.
Goals
- Given the geographical limitations of the domestic market, a high export orientation is necessary for many Viennese companies an essential prerequisite for their successful business activities for high added value in Vienna. Entry is particularly important for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). However, a new foreign market is associated with major challenges of a financial, regulatory, organizational and, in many cases, cultural nature.
- This program is intended to support Viennese small and medium-sized companies in their internationalization efforts and the associated entry into a new market for them and to encourage them to do so. This funding program follows the general objectives (economic effects, innovation orientation and social benefits) of the “Framework Directive 24+ of the Vienna Business Agency on monetary economic support” (hereinafter referred to as the Framework Directive). Internationalization opportunities must be taken into account as part of product development.
