Applications are now open for the RestorHER x Worth Pursuing Inc. Micro-Grant Initiative to empower women entrepreneurs and business leaders by providing financial support, business development resources, and holistic well-being tools to foster sustainable success.
The initiative acknowledges that true success happens when women can lead their businesses with intention, resilience, and well-being at the forefront.
Purpose
- To provide microgrants that help women-led businesses overcome challenges, achieve sustainable growth, or pivot during critical times—all while maintaining their well-being.
Objectives
- Empower Women Entrepreneurs
- Provide direct financial support to help address business challenges, invest in personal well-being, and sustainable growth.
- Foster Resilience & Well-Being
- Encourage sustainable business practices, emotional intelligence, and work-life harmony to prevent burnout and increase long-term success.
- Build a Thriving Community
- Create a supportive ecosystem where women entrepreneurs and business leaders can network, share resources, and grow together.
Funding Information
- $250–$500 per award
- Grant funds must be used as outlined in the recipient’s proposal.

- 1:1 Business & Leadership Coaching
- A complimentary 60-minute coaching session with Cheya Thousand, to be scheduled within 30 days of grant award.

Target Audience
- Ambitious women entrepreneurs committed to building resilient, sustainable, and impactful businesses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a U.S. resident and at least 21 years old.
- Business must be a woman-owned and have 10 or fewer employees.
- Business must be a for-profit venture, revenue-generating for at least one year.
- Applicant must be the CEO or founder within the company.
