The focus areas, include artistic development, cultural production, fine arts, applied arts, performing arts, photography, literature, music, film, design, architecture, media arts, interdisciplinary creativity, experimental approaches, innovation in artistic expression, cultural engagement of children and youth, and projects of social and public significance.

The programme provides project-based funding for individuals and legal entities, including associations, foundations, companies, and other eligible organizations. It also allows artist collectives to apply, either through a designated representative or through formal partnership structures.

Funding is available for artistic projects in diverse fields such as visual arts, literature, music, film, design, architecture, media arts, and interdisciplinary works. Projects are evaluated based on originality, artistic quality, feasibility, and their contribution to cultural and societal discourse.

Eligible projects may include those with national or international visibility, innovative or experimental artistic approaches, interdisciplinary collaboration, or themes that address relevant social issues. Special emphasis is placed on projects engaging children and young people in cultural and artistic experiences.

Only projects that have not yet begun at the time of application are eligible for funding. Early project commencement requires justification and prior approval, and applications must be fully prepared for assessment.

The programme provides partial funding for projects, generally covering up to 50 percent of total eligible project costs. For smaller projects with total costs up to €5,000, full funding may be granted in exceptional cases. Film projects longer than 30 minutes may also receive non-repayable grants.
