The SBI Foundation is requesting proposals for the primary objective for the Offline Marketing Agency Empanelment to create and execute an offline marketing campaign to attract high-quality applicants for the SBI Youth for India Fellowship.
Specific Objectives
- Reach a wider audience through offline events and activities.
- Promote the Fellowship’s core values and eligibility criteria.
- Engage with the target audience, including fresh graduates from educational institutions and young professionals.
- Leverage alumni networks for outreach and promotion at various educational institutions.
- Enhance the applicant pool quality for the 2024-25 Fellowship.
- Foster partnerships and collaboration with youth organisations, volunteering platforms, UN & international organisations working in development sectors.
- Targeted events to also cater to citizens of Nepal & Bhutan, and NRI & OCI from other countries.
Targeted Outreach
- Explore partnerships with educational institutions and host events on their campuses through campus ambassadors.
- Organise pop-up events at business parks, IT tech parks, coworking spaces, and MNCs.
- Utilise the expertise of senior alumni to conduct boot camps and workshops.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- The Agency should have a proven track record of working with reputed brands in the social development sector.
- The Agency should be registered with its Head Office in India.
- The Agency should have the following:
- Minimum Years of Existence: 02
- Minimum Number of Development Sector Projects: 05
- Employees:
- Minimum Number of Employees: 12
- The Agency should be a registered Offline Marketing Agency/organisation.
- The Agency should not have been blacklisted by any Government Agency/PSU/Central/State agency or under a declaration of ineligibility for fraudulent or corrupt practices.
