The Bangladesh Women Investors’ Network (BWIN) has launched the Bloom Fellowship, a 6-week fellowship program for young women, designed to be a “talent accelerator” for preparation for roles in the startup sector to create the next generation of #WomenStartupLeaders.
During this semester-long talent accelerator, you will acquire the necessary tools, connections, and confidence to hit the ground running in the startup ecosystem.
By becoming a part of a community comprised of talented and inspiring women, you will have exclusive access to some of the most exciting startups in Bangladesh. Each week, industry experts from their network of operators, founders, and investors will deliver masterclasses focused on essential skills in the startup sector.
Post fellowship, fellows will be placed into 3-month, paid internships with participating startups.

Eligibility Criteria
- If you are intrigued by the idea of joining a startup, establishing your own startup, or investing in startups, then this program is specifically designed to cater to your interests and aspirations.
- Bangladeshi or Bangladeshi origin women
- Age: 20 – 24
- Approaching final semester/year of undergraduate studies OR those who have earned a bachelors degree in any discipline in the last six months
- Demonstrated interest in the startup sector
- At least one letter of recommendation by a faculty member/startup founder/mentor
- Pass the interview process.
