Are you a passionate young woman ready to lead change in your community and beyond? The United Leaders Global Fellowship is inviting applications for the prestigious NextGen Women Leaders Fellowship, a fully funded, six-month leadership development program designed to empower young women (ages 18–35) from around the world.

The United Leaders Global Fellowship is a prestigious leadership development program designed to inspire, equip, and empower young women from around the world to take on leadership roles and drive social change in their communities and beyond. By combining world-class training, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences, the fellowship provides a unique platform for girls to grow into confident, ethical, and effective leaders who are ready to make an impact in today’s globalized world.

This fellowship program recognizes the immense potential in young women and aims to cultivate the skills necessary for leadership, advocacy, and collaboration across diverse fields. It is open to girls from all backgrounds who have a commitment to making a difference, regardless of prior experience or resources.

Program Specifications

  • The United Leaders Global Fellowship is a 6 month program designed to foster leadership and community impact. Through a combination of online training, interactive workshops, peer collaboration, and mentorship by experienced global leaders, the fellowship provides participants with the tools, knowledge, and networks necessary to become leaders in their respective communities. The fellowship focuses on a broad range of critical skills, including:
    • Leadership Development: Building confidence, decision-making, and leadership styles.
    • Public Speaking & Advocacy: Preparing fellows to become compelling speakers and advocates for causes that matter.
    • Global Citizenship & Networking: Connecting with peers and mentors from around the world to gain a global perspective and expand influence.
    • Social Impact Projects: Designing and executing community-driven projects that address real-world problems, from education and gender equality to climate action and economic empowerment.

Benefits

  • Leadership Training: Fellows will engage in specialized online training programs facilitated by leadership experts and practitioners from diverse fields. These sessions will cover topics such as strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, team leadership, and social entrepreneurship.

  • Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of the fellowship, participants will receive an official certificate acknowledging their achievements and leadership skills developed throughout the program.
  • Fully Funded: 6-Month Duration.

Expected Outcomes

  • By the end of the fellowship, participants will:
    • Gain a deeper understanding of leadership, social entrepreneurship, and sustainable development.
    • Build practical skills in public speaking, networking, project management, and advocacy.
    • Develop lasting relationships with mentors, peers, and global leaders.
    • Take home a certification that recognizes their leadership accomplishments and personal growth.

Application Requirements

  • Online Application Form: Detailing personal information, leadership experience, and motivations for applying.
  • Essays or Personal Statement: Articulating why the applicant wants to become a leader and how they plan to make an impact in their community.
  • Recommendation Letters: From teachers, mentors, or community leaders who can speak to the applicant’s potential for leadership.
