T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined revolutionizes the rich history of executive-level training for small businesses. Sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), this research-based, executive-level program combines business fundamentals with the innovative tools and competitive strategies needed to deliver immediate results. This intensive program gives ambitious small business owners a challenging opportunity to accelerate their growth through training led by business experts, strategize with professional coaches, and develop connections with like-minded peers.

Through a combination of an online curriculum, in-person sessions, office hours with subject matter experts (SMEs), one-on-one business coaching, surge sessions, and the development of a strategic growth plan, T.H.R.I.V.E. participants will embark on a transformative journey that will empower them to take their business to new heights.

Do I Qualify to Participate?

SBA T.H.R.I.V.E. Emerging Leaders Reimagined is for you if:

  • You meet the eligibility requirements.
    • Have annual revenues of at least $250,000
    • Have been in business for at least three years
    • Have at least one employee, other than self
  • You can commit to completing the full six-month program, including working through the online training, submitting assignments, participating during in-person sessions, and reaching out for help.
  • You are coachable, ready to be challenged and supported, and willing to put in the necessary work to accelerate growth.
  • You are collaborative, open-minded, and willing to explore new ideas and opportunities.
  • You are an aspiring small business owner or entrepreneur looking to improve your business impact and performance.
  • You want to expand your knowledge and get expert help scaling your business.
