Deadline Date: May 11, 2026
The NatWest Accelerator Pitch Competition is offering a £100,000 prize pot to support ambitious UK-based businesses with strong growth potential and innovative business ideas.
The competition focuses on business growth, entrepreneurial innovation, business expansion, funding support for scaling companies, pitch presentations, and showcasing successful business journeys through live pitching events and networking opportunities.
To celebrate the milestone of the NatWest Accelerator programme, NatWest has launched the Accelerator Pitch Competition with a total prize fund of £1 million to be distributed across a series of competitions throughout 2025 and beyond. The current competition offers a £100,000 prize pot for entrepreneurs who can clearly demonstrate how funding will help scale their business and support future growth plans.
Applicants are required to submit a 60-second video pitch explaining how the funding would help grow their business. Judges will shortlist five finalists based on the strength of their presentation, their business achievements, and their ability to demonstrate a proven track record of setting and reaching business goals. Selected finalists will participate in a live final event in Oxford on 18 June 2026.
During the live final, finalists will deliver a 10-minute pitch outlining their business journey, future growth strategy, and the intended use of the prize money. The top three participants will receive funding awards, with the first-place winner receiving £70,000, the second-place finalist receiving £20,000, and the third-place finalist receiving £10,000.
To be eligible, applicants must be registered limited companies in the UK, incorporated within the last five years, generating up to £1 million in revenue, and applicants must be aged 18 or older and be UK residents. Participants are also required to be part of the NatWest Accelerator App Community, although applicants do not need to be NatWest customers to apply.
Successful finalists must commit to attending the live final event, participating in media and promotional activities, engaging in networking events, and contributing to video content production related to the competition. Winners will also receive promotional support through NatWest’s social media channels.
