Apply for Communication Services to Promote Armenian Startups

The initiative focuses on promoting the achievements and success stories of Armenian startups, increasing the visibility of the local innovation ecosystem, strengthening engagement with national, regional, and local media, delivering strategic communication services through storytelling, audiovisual production and communication campaigns, and supporting the contracting authority’s broader communication objectives through reliable, coherent, and results-oriented communication activities.

The assignment aims to strengthen the public recognition of Armenian startups and the national innovation ecosystem through strategic and consistent communication efforts. It seeks to highlight Armenia’s entrepreneurial potential, innovation capacity, and ecosystem growth at both national and international levels.

The selected communication company will design and implement communication activities over a contract period of up to 24 months. These activities will be carried out in line with the programme objectives and the strategic priorities of the contracting authority.

The assignment includes the development of communication materials, strategic storytelling, audiovisual production, media outreach, stakeholder engagement, dissemination campaigns, and other communication activities that promote startup achievements and innovation-driven initiatives.

A key part of the assignment is the implementation of a comprehensive dissemination strategy that promotes project results through earned media, digital communication channels, and targeted stakeholder engagement. The selected contractor is expected to demonstrate experience in strategic communications, communication campaign management, impact storytelling, and media relations while ensuring that all activities are delivered according to the agreed methodology and contractual requirements.
