Program Challenges
- Digital twin for EV manufacturing
- Create a digital twin journey for Electric Vehicle manufacturing – from design to delivery. They would require that the application is created on “Nexus for Developers” platform – which is the open platform for ‘digital reality’.
- Real-time language translation
- Enable Automatic AI translation that can listen to the call audio to detect the language being used and translate and transcribe the caller audio into the language specified by the call center and display the translated text to the operator in real time. This translated and transcribed text would then need to be available for adding to the call incident record on the On Call Platform.
- Enable Prescriptive maintenance (AR/VR) for process plants
- Provide a health report to prescribe maintenance for any asset in a plant – The user can visualize health on any mobile device by pointing its camera at the asset. The solution would provide exception-based analytics, allowing drill down into data in various integrated data sources, like engineering/design basis, maintenance history, work records, etc, leveraging AI models. The visualization should be built using Hexagon proprietary technology.
