Applications are now open for the HealthTech launchpad program to promote women managers to C-level executive positions throughout the Israeli ecosystem and build their skills for successful executive careers.
The program is able to accelerate personal and professional growth, while stimulating significant career progression and multiple meaningful collaborations.
Program
- An eight-month program to propel women managers to achieve c-level executive positions across the ecosystem.
- The program includes Four major components:
- Learn: Building essential professional skills for successful career development. Specific topics include career planning, networking, negotiations, decision-making under uncertainty, storytelling & pitching, and more.
- Connect: Networking with a community of peer HealthTech women managers encountering diverse career opportunities and challenges and benefitting from peer-to-peer mentoring.
- Grow: Being inspired by senior women HealthTech executives through synergy with the 8400 Network, including opportunities for role modeling and networking.
- Community: Alumni will join the growing community of WE@HealthTech Together and benefit from learning, professional development, and networking opportunities.
Program Benefits
- WE@HealthTech allows participants to find the knowledge and path to senior leadership positions by providing inspiration and encouragement, by improving management skills and ability to make business impact and by creating a community of supporters and advocates.
Participants
- They encourage leading Israeli Healthtech organizations and startups to nominate talented, high-performing women managers with leadership potential for the program. Candidates from all sectors are welcome: Academia, Hospitals, Startups, Venture Capital funds, Incubators, Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), large corporates, Israel Innovation Authority, Ministry of Health.
- Women who meet the following criteria are eligible:
- Managerial position in HealthTech in Israel
- High potential for c-level trajectory, as recognized by
- management (with recommendation from her manager)
- Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities,
- excellence, integrity and professionalism
- Academic degree
- Ambition and passion
