Management of climate-related risks, which have widespread implications for all organizations, is a key sustainability challenge. In ESG PRO, participants gain valuable insights into their corporate carbon worlds, enhancing eco-operational efficiency and prioritizing decarbonization strategies. Using open innovation best practices, they match startup solutions specifically tailored to mitigate these pressing risks. The ESG PRO programme also includes sessions intended to help corporations successfully execute Proof of Concept (PoC) projects with startups.

Finance

• The unique ESG PRO programme is valued at €50,000 for each participating company.
• However, as European funding supports the program, the following funding schemes are available:
  • European Corporates that meet the eligibility criteria: €14,000
  • EIT KIC Partners & RIS Countries: €12,000

Eligibility & Commitments

• ESG PRO is designed for European Corporations, operating in any sector, that meet the following criteria:
  • Based in an EU member state or Horizon Europe Associated countries.
  • More than 500 employees, and/or €80M annual revenue.
  • Dedicated senior project manager in an innovation related role, such as: Innovation Manager, ESG Leader, EHS, CSR, Sustainability Manager, etc.
• An innovative process that involves management leads to long-term success. To ensure optimal impact, workshops, strategies, and processes should be attended by at least one senior-level executive of the company.
