The House of Europe Creative Business Survival Kit is an emergency aid for your creative business.
During two months of personal consultations with leading business experts, you will understand how to develop your business in the conditions of war: optimize the organizational structure, adapt the financial model, discuss new products and choose markets for international expansion.
You will leave the consultations with a clear understanding of how to move forward and 1,000 euros for changes. Site translation, Facebook promo, employee fees, generator — you decide what will be better for your business.
What areas belong to the Creative Industries?
Your business may be related to advertising, marketing, architecture, crafts, creative hubs, digital media, video games, fashion, film, television, radio, museums, galleries, libraries, music, performing arts, publishing, literature, visual arts , photography, leisure, product, graphic, interior or other design.
What will you get?
- Understanding how to overcome challenges and continue to grow even in times of war.
- Five two-hour consultations from a Ukrainian expert. Choose between Olena Dobrorodneva , Volodymyr Vorobei, Inna Shynkarenko, Kostyantyn Vorobyova or Olena Kobylyanskaya .
- Two hour consultations from an expert from the EU. Our partners will select the person who best suits your request.
- 1,000 euros to implement the solutions you find during the consultations.
- Participation in the alumni community. These are grants only for graduates, online meetings and acquaintances with the authors of incredible projects from all over Ukraine.
Who can apply?
- The program will be useful for owners and managers of creative businesses who have the freedom to implement changes in the operation of the enterprise.
- Apply if your business:
- was generating revenue until full-scale invasion and continues to operate now;
- registered until February 2022;
- registered in Ukraine;
- has an active FOP, LLC, PE, etc.;
- commercial: NGO, BF and other non-commercial organizations cannot apply;
- has a team or consists of only one person.
What is required to participate?
- Completed application: Tell about your business, the problems you faced because of the war, and your vision for solving them. Do not forget to add what you plan to spend the scholarship on.
- Business registration documents: an extract from the UDR and a tax payer’s extract. Types of economic activity (KVED) must match those described in the application.
- Bank certificate with the details of your business’ hryvnia account.
