“Web3 Fusion: Embracing AI and Beyond” is more than a conference; it’s a journey into the heart of digital transformation. This three-day hybrid event, set in the heart of innovation, will serve as your gateway to the latest trends and transformative discussions in AI, Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, and their collective impact on the information space.

The conference organizers will arrange and cover economy-class flights, hotel accommodations in shared rooms for participants and single rooms for speakers, several meals, and social activities during the event. The program does not offer per diem. Obtaining visas to enter Thailand is the responsibility of the participants.

The conference is organized by World Learning and Digital Communication Network Global with a grant from the State Department’s Office of Citizen Exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Participants will be selected through an open application process from among professionals with expertise and interest in the listed topics who can contribute to and benefit from the discussions. Participants should also be interested in being involved in DCN’s development in Southeast Asia and East Asia.
    • Up to 80 participants from Southeast Asia and East Asia
    • Up to 20 global speakers
    • Ages 20-40 (preferable)
    • Proficient in conversational English
    • Citizens of Brunei, Burma, Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam.
