The YALI Regional Leadership Centre for Southern Africa (RLC SA) is hosted by the University of South Africa at the Graduate School of Business Leadership in Midrand, South Africa to create critical thinkers who can solve complex and multidisciplinary problems; foster entrepreneurial and innovative thinking; and encourage cross-border communication and multicultural collaboration.
RLC SA develops the skills of young African leaders by providing foundational training in contemporary African issues as well as specialized training in three main areas: Business and Entrepreneurship; Civic Leadership; and Public Management and Governance.
Cohort 28 is a hybrid, consisting of online (31 March to 25 April 2025) and resident (19 May to 6 June 2025).
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Age (18-35)
- Demonstrate commitment to developing their communities, their countries and the African continent
- Proven experience and track record in Public Administration and Governance, Business and Entrepreneurship or
- Civic Leadership
- Citizens of the following countries: Angola or Mozambique
- Proficiency in Portuguese
