People-First Transformation Challenge (France)

Every year, for four adrenaline-filled days, VivaTech brings together in Paris the greatest business leaders, startups, investors, researchers and innovators to ignite positive change in business and for society.

They are seeking innovative ideas to prepare people for the green transition, humanize work in the age of AI and transform recruiting with automation. The 8th edition will take place on May 22-25, 2024, in Paris, at Expo Porte de Versailles.

  • Prepare People for the Green Transition: Most new jobs created will be greener versions of existing roles. How do they empower people and help them develop sustainable skills for the greening world of work?
  • Humanize Work in the Age of AI: The emergence of AI is the next frontier in the future of work. How can they leverage AI to enhance human capabilities, rather than replace them?
  • Transform Recruiting With Automation: Automation has the power to revolutionize hiring. How might they leverage technology to empower recruiters and create innovative approaches to improve the candidate experience?

  • The final winner of the challenge (chosen after the VivaTech Pitch) will have the opportunity to collaborate on a proof of concept within a ManpowerGroup market.

  • The 6 selected startups will be invited to be part of a client event organized by ManpowerGroup, you will meet our clients on Tuesday the 21st of May.
• Be On VivaTech Stage
  • The 6 selected startups will win 2 all-access passes for VivaTech 2024 and will be part of our ManpowerGroup VivaTech Challenge and will have the opportunity to pitch their solution on a VivaTech Stage on Wednesday the 22nd of May.
