Agorize is looking for innovators, startups, students or even developers, to propose robotic food distribution systems to complement this cooking unit and enable the delivery fresh of fresh and healthy food to anyone, anytime and anywhere.
Vitalo GmbH developed a revolutionary and compact cooker, preserving all savors thanks to the innovative cooking technology. They want to bring this cooking unit to the next level and enable its commercialization in public catering spaces, such as in airports, train stations, hospitals, office canteens.
Opportunities

Modules they are looking for in your robotic concepts
- Automated ordering and Food Options
- They want to be able to provide the customers with two dish options a mix menu and a build-your-own menus.
- Food filling & food storage
- The solution should allow for a diverse selection of ingredients and seasoning options, with automatic restocking notifications and refrigerated storage capacity for components.
- Food preparation
- Customers use an ordering system to select components, with dishes assembled accordingly, allowing for simultaneous or slightly delayed preparation of up to 2 dishes.
- Food Distribution and Food Movement
- Participants must prioritize considerations for efficient food distribution, ensuring no cross-contamination and enabling parallel serving, alongside precise movements of plates in and out the cooking unit.
Eligibility
- This Challenge is open and offered solely to:
- Students. Any individual aged eighteen (18) years and/or with full legal capacity, who (i) is currently enrolled at a post-secondary institution or (ii) has recently graduated from a post-secondary institution less than 2 years before the current academic year, with a student card as verification. Each Student may only participate once in each Challenge. If the participant is a minor, he/she must provide this authorization signed by a parent or guardian.
- Startups. A business entity, regardless of its business area. Startups may be required, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to provide proof of (i) company registration by submitting a registration certificate issued within the last three (3) months, or ongoing company registration, or any trade registry and proof ensuring the registration of the entity in the relevant country, and (ii) a valid professional insurance policy subscription.
- Individual Participant. Individuals aged eighteen (18) years and/or with full legal capacity at the time of registration. Each Individual Participant may only participate once in each Challenge.
- This Challenge is not open to employees and representatives of the Sponsor and Agorize and the members of their families.
