The Asian Technology Excellence Awards honour groundbreaking technological projects and innovations across Asia, recognising organisations that are shaping the future of industries through digital disruption and advanced technological solutions. The awards highlight visionary leaders and companies that are transforming business landscapes through innovation.
The programme operates at a country level as part of a broader Technology Excellence Awards framework, with dedicated local editions in regions such as Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and the Middle East. Companies operating elsewhere in Asia are evaluated under the broader Asian Technology Excellence Awards category.
Each country presents one winner per technology category and corresponding industry, ensuring that achievements are recognised both locally and regionally. Award titles are structured to reflect specific achievements within technology and industry combinations.
The awards are open to technology companies that have developed pioneering IT products or solutions, as well as organisations across various industries that have implemented impactful technology initiatives. These initiatives must demonstrate meaningful contributions to business or industry transformation.
Eligible projects, products, services, or strategies must have been launched within the past 24 months, either fully or partially, or must have undergone significant recent upgrades or improvements.
The awards cover a wide range of technology categories, including AI, analytics, API, cybersecurity, cloud, blockchain, automation, data centres, and emerging digital technologies. They also include industry categories such as banking, agriculture, advertising, aerospace, architecture, and more.
