Dimension X is a global open innovation challenge by Hatch that accelerates and validates technologies with dual-use potential in public safety and security.
The programme is open to applications from start-ups across all industry sectors, countries and funding stages. Start-ups will receive funding opportunities and collaborate with operational and technical experts from Home Team end-users and HTX respectively.

What is expected during the program?
- The start-up will be expected to develop a proof-of-concept during the programme. The start-up will also be required to fly twice to Singapore for a period of one week each.
- The first will be during programme kickoff (11-13 June 2024) and the second will be during the demo week (end October 2024).
- The grant is intended to cover all POC development costs and travel arrangements. No extra travel allowance will be disbursed.
Who is eligible to participate?
- There is no requirement for geographical location or company size. Start-ups must either own the IPs of the technology solution proposed for the challenge or have the licenses to use those IPs to participate.
- Start-ups can apply for more than one Challenge Statement by selecting them in the application form. Start-ups are to ensure that the pitch deck submitted explains its technologies and how they are relevant to the selected challenge statement.
- Start-ups can submit the application form as well as a presentation of the company. Please include information on your company and technology.
