Deadline Date: November 17, 2025
The Nag Foundation–Venture Center CSR Collaboration aims to support entrepreneurs and startups working on innovative technologies with potential social impact.
The focus of the collaboration is to nurture and support technology ideas and innovators by providing grant funding support to the innovator and his/her team at different levels of funding such as Technology Advancement Grants (TAG) and Pilot Grants. The initiative supports domain areas in oncology with technology-based solutions including screening and diagnostics, devices, clinician/surgeon support tools/systems, therapeutics, preventives, and rehabilitation. The theme emphasizes innovative ideas with the potential to improve clinical outcomes or morbidity compared to the status quo and/or expand reach and access.
This program provides grant funding of up to INR 7.5 lakh per grantee to validate technologies and products through prototype development, pilot studies, or field trials. It covers the support of minimum viable products and focuses on helping innovators test technologies in real-world contexts and bring them to market efficiently. The program also fosters collaboration and networking among peers and experts within a 12-month duration.
Applicants will be selected based on the soundness of the technology idea, innovativeness, team strength, customer value proposition, business model, commercial potential, scalability, impact potential, budget, and timeline requirements. Projects focused solely on software development with no intellectual property potential or purely academic research are not eligible. The scope of support will be determined on a case-by-case basis, with selected applicants entering into agreements with Venture Center.
The project duration is around six months, during which supported innovators will advance their technologies toward practical, impactful, and market-ready outcomes in the field of oncology.
