Design and Development of SBI Sanjeevani – Mobile Medical Units Dashboard (India)

The key objectives of this opportunity are strengthening the monitoring system, enhancing transparency, improving operational activities of Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), developing an IT-enabled dashboard, supporting healthcare infrastructure, and enabling effective surveillance and monitoring solutions.

SBI Foundation intends to engage a competent agency with proven experience in surveillance systems, IT-enabled monitoring solutions, and healthcare infrastructure support for the development and deployment of the dashboard. The selected agency will be responsible for designing, developing, installing, and deploying the dashboard within six months from the date of project award.

Eligible applicants include Partnership Firms, Private Limited Companies, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) Firms, Multinational Companies (MNCs), and Public Limited Companies registered or incorporated in India. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative annual turnover of ₹2 crore over the last three financial years (2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25).

They must also possess a valid PAN and GST registration and submit the required registration documents, audited financial statements or certified provisional financial statements (where applicable), a self-declaration confirming that they do not discriminate on any legally prohibited grounds, and self-attested copies of the GST Registration Certificate and PAN Card.

Consortiums, joint ventures, subletting, subcontracting, and outsourcing are not permitted. Agencies are expected to carefully review the request for proposal and ensure that their submission is complete, as incomplete or non-responsive proposals may be rejected.
