The Digitalise Your SME scheme is now accepting grant applications to support digital transformation and improve efficiency, competitiveness, and growth.
The focus areas include promoting digital transformation of SMEs, improving resilience, efficiency, productivity, and customer experience, and supporting investment in new digital capabilities and digitalised processes such as product and process design, end-to-end procurement, supply chain and distribution systems, after-sales services, and innovative business models. The scheme also contributes to broader European policy objectives related to smart economic transformation and digital connectivity.
The grant scheme is designed to help enterprises remain competitive in a global marketplace by adopting advanced digital technologies and improving operational processes. It aims to support SMEs in enhancing their ability to compete internationally while enabling smarter work and production systems.
The minimum grant value under this scheme is set at €25,000, while the maximum grant value for eligible actions is €120,0005 . An additional 7% flat rate is applied to the grant value to finance indirect costs related to the investment. For example, if the grant value amounts to €120,000, a 7% flat rate will be applied, resulting in a total maximum grant to €128,400.
Eligible applicants include micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises engaged in eligible economic activities, regardless of legal form, subject to specified exclusions. Entities without legal personality must be registered under the Second Schedule of the Civil Code.
