Deadline Date: June 05, 2026
The Emerging Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) Program is inviting applications to support Gen Z and millennial minority entrepreneurs in enhancing and growing their businesses.
The program focuses on equipping participants with essential skills, practical strategies, and corporate mentorship to foster innovation and business success. Its objectives include learning five key methods of operating a successful business, developing strategies to anticipate organizational needs and execute innovative responses, receiving professional development and access to top business leaders and corporate executives, understanding supply chain processes and the benefits of developing those relationships, and obtaining the industry’s gold standard business certification for minority companies.
The EYE Program provides participants with an interactive curriculum that combines development sessions, practical applications, corporate mentorship, and best practices that can be implemented immediately in their businesses. Participants gain access to guidance from corporate sponsors, Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), and other stakeholders.
Eligible participants must be U.S. citizens aged 19-35 as of the application deadline, must own and manage at least 51% of a minority-owned, for-profit enterprise physically located in the U.S. or its territories, and must exercise management and daily operations control over their business. Publicly owned businesses must have at least 51% of stock owned by minority group members to qualify.
The program is structured to provide the next generation of minority entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and networks required to successfully start, grow, and sustain their innovative businesses.
