The Pathways to Scale Program is supporting women-led businesses in rural and peri-urban Ethiopia to expand and strengthen their operations through financial and business development support.
The focus areas, of this programme include supporting women entrepreneurs, scaling businesses in agriculture and manufacturing sectors, improving access to concessional and zero-interest financing, strengthening business growth through AI-powered support, providing mentorship opportunities, and building connections with investors and business partners.
The programme is designed for women running businesses linked to rural or peri-urban Ethiopia with annual revenues exceeding ETB 9,000,000. It aims to help eligible businesses grow sustainably and improve their operational capacity.
Selected participants will receive access to concessional and zero-interest loans ranging from ETB 1,500,000 to ETB 31,000,000. The programme also provides tailored business support powered by SIGMA AI, mentorship from experienced experts, and opportunities to connect with investors and strategic partners.
The initiative focuses on businesses operating in agriculture, manufacturing, and related sectors, supporting women entrepreneurs in scaling their enterprises and strengthening their long-term business potential.
