Call for Applications: Young Professionals Bootcamp (Nigeria)

The programme focuses on corporate career development, entrepreneurship, and the creative industry. Participants will gain exposure to leadership training, professional development, innovation, business growth, and creative enterprise advancement through specialised learning sessions and mentorship opportunities.

The Young Professionals Bootcamp will select 300 candidates from a large pool of applicants to participate in the intensive programme. Selected fellows will receive practical training, connect with experienced mentors, and build valuable professional relationships with other participants. They will also have the opportunity to access support that can help accelerate their career and entrepreneurial growth.

The programme includes tailored sessions for entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and creatives. Participants in the corporate career track will develop essential skills required to thrive in established organisations and advance professionally. The entrepreneurship track is designed for individuals interested in building and scaling innovative ventures that solve real problems in Nigeria and beyond. The creative industry track supports creatives seeking to strengthen both their craft and understanding of the business side of the creative economy.

Fellows will also have the opportunity to pitch existing enterprises for a chance to receive seed grant funding from a pool of up to N150 million, alongside additional support to help scale their ventures. Applicants must be between 20 and 35 years old by June 2026, be final-year students or graduates of tertiary institutions, hold citizenship of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and demonstrate passion for solving problems and thriving in Nigeria.
