The Creative Industries Project programme offers funding to support businesses and founders in Vienna to develop innovative products, services, and solutions in design, fashion, and related creative industries.
The programme focuses on supporting the development of new products and services in the creative industries, including personnel and travel expenses for development activities and business trips, external services such as consulting, marketing, and sales, and investments in technical equipment, machinery, software, licenses, and intellectual property rights.
It aims to enable companies and founders to realise innovative projects that strengthen the creative sector in Vienna by providing financial support for development, production, and market entry activities. The programme encourages the creation of new ideas that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of creative industries.
Funding can be used for personnel and travel costs related to product or service development, professional services from external providers, and investments in technology and intellectual property required for implementation. The programme supports projects that demonstrate clear innovation within the creative industries.
The funding provides a maximum of €200,000 per project with a minimum project size of €10,000. Each project can run for a maximum duration of up to two years.
Eligible applicants include existing small, medium, and large companies as well as founders with a planned or established business location in Vienna. The programme is open to businesses engaged in fashion, product design, service innovation, and the development of public and creative spaces.
