This funding opportunity is part of the LIFE Programme under the topic “Circular Economy and Zero Pollution,” with a total budget allocation of EUR 79,000,000, including EUR 4,000,000 specifically designated for the New European Bauhaus subtopic. The funding per project ranges between EUR 2 million and EUR 10 million, supporting initiatives that align with the European Green Deal and recent environmental policy developments.
The call is designed to encourage projects that contribute to reducing environmental pollution while promoting efficient resource use and sustainability across multiple sectors. Eligibility for participation requires applicants, including beneficiaries and affiliated entities, to be legal entities, either public or private. These entities must be established in eligible countries, which include EU Member States (including overseas countries and territories) as well as non-EU countries that are part of the European Economic Area or are associated with the LIFE Programme. Additionally, the coordinating organization must be established in one of these eligible countries.
