This award is part of VivaTech’s initiative to highlight visionary startups that are shaping the future through disruptive innovation. It aims to showcase outstanding talent among exhibitors and help them access new business opportunities by increasing their visibility within the global innovation ecosystem.
The award process includes selecting five finalist startups who will be invited to pitch their innovations live at VivaTech 2026 in June. This provides exposure to investors, industry leaders, and media. The winner is announced during a prestigious ceremony alongside other innovators, offering significant visibility throughout the event.
Eligibility for the award requires startups to be exhibitors at VivaTech 2026. Applicants must have fewer than 100 employees and must have been founded in or after 2020, ensuring participation from early-stage, high-growth companies.
Selection is based on three main criteria: innovation and creativity demonstrated through originality and relevance, market disruption potential in transforming industries, and scalability in terms of feasibility and viability across technical, economic, and environmental dimensions.
