The United Nations Development Programme is requesting applications to design and implement an eLearning course and training programme aimed at strengthening digital skills among civil servants.
The programme focuses on designing and developing an eLearning course for civil servants, implementing a structured training programme on digital skills, and supporting the broader goal of advancing quality education and lifelong learning opportunities for all.
This initiative is part of the “Advancing Quality Education and Lifelong Learning Opportunities for All” project implemented by the United Nations Development Programme. It seeks to engage a specialised and experienced company to develop and deliver a comprehensive digital learning solution that enhances the capabilities of civil servants in the use of digital tools and technologies.
The scope of work includes the design and development of an eLearning course and the implementation of a training programme on digital skills tailored for civil servants. The selected organisation will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an effective and practical learning experience aligned with the programme objectives.
The opportunity is open to proposers from all countries, allowing broad international participation. Eligible applicants must be legally registered entities and must not be suspended or deemed ineligible by any United Nations organisation, the World Bank Group, or other international organisations. Applicants must also demonstrate no conflicts of interest and must not be involved in bankruptcy or legal proceedings that could impact their operations.
The initiative aims to strengthen institutional capacity by improving digital competencies among public sector employees through structured learning and training interventions.
