The Boldbrain Acceleration Programme is seeking applications to support initiative designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs develop and strengthen their business projects through structured coaching and mentorship.
The program focuses on business model development, startup coaching, thematic workshops, targeted training, access to startup support networks in Ticino, investor connections, sustainability and environmental impact integration, social impact development, and preparation for company formation and early-stage business growth.
The Boldbrain Acceleration Programme, promoted by Fondazione Agire in collaboration with USI Startup Centre, invites early-stage startups from Switzerland and beyond to participate in a three-month structured acceleration journey.
Participants receive coaching support to define and develop their projects, take part in thematic workshops, and benefit from targeted training sessions designed to strengthen their entrepreneurial skills. The program also provides access to a broad network of experts, coaches, and strategic partners, including potential investors, supporting startups in building sustainable growth pathways.
A continued emphasis on sustainability remains central to the 2026 edition, with dedicated workshops developed in collaboration with Impact Hub Ticino. These initiatives aim to strengthen environmental and social impact within participating startups, aligning innovation with responsible business practices.
The program requires participating teams to consist of at least two members who are committed to actively developing their business idea. Applicants must be willing to dedicate significant time to their project, participate in all mandatory workshops and activities, and submit all required documentation within specified deadlines.
Startups are expected to publicly present their project concepts, with the understanding that sensitive competitive details may be withheld if necessary. Participants must also be prepared to establish a joint-stock company or limited liability company in Ticino, or operate an early-stage company that is no more than three years old at the time of application. Specific conditions also apply to reactivated or existing companies to ensure alignment with program requirements.
Eligible applicants must be adults at the time of registration and include teams that have not previously completed an acceleration program under the stated terms. At least one team member must attend all mandatory program events, and all application materials must be submitted in English.
