The Enlight Fellowship is a fully funded program designed to empower emerging leaders who are developing innovative solutions to improve youth mental wellbeing worldwide.
The fellowship focuses on strengthening youth mental wellbeing solutions, fostering cross-cultural collaboration, advancing global impact, enhancing entrepreneurial and leadership skills, building financial capacity, and supporting community-driven initiatives that contribute to scalable and meaningful change.
The Enlight Fellowship, supported by the Enlight Foundation and powered by the Watson Institute, offers a comprehensive 16-week entrepreneurial and leadership development experience tailored for rising leaders in the mental wellbeing space. Through expert-led training, mentorship from experienced facilitators and speakers, and personalized life coaching, participants gain the skills and insights needed to strengthen and expand their initiatives. The program emphasizes collaboration across cultures, enabling fellows to connect with a global peer network and build lasting professional relationships.
Participants engage in business and leadership workshops that focus on practical aspects such as entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and business development. These sessions are designed to enhance participants’ ability to manage and grow their ventures effectively. Fellows also gain access to financial tools and resources that support long-term sustainability and strengthen the financial foundations of their organizations.
A key component of the fellowship is the Basecamp initiative, where participants design and lead a one-day community workshop aimed at supporting early-stage entrepreneurs. This experience allows fellows to contribute to their local ecosystems while applying the knowledge and skills gained during the program.
The fellowship also includes pitch training and an in-person summit, where participants refine their presentation skills and showcase their ventures to mentors, partners, and potential investors. This provides valuable exposure and opportunities to further scale their impact.
Eligible applicants are youth entrepreneurs or community leaders committed to addressing mental wellbeing challenges, with ventures operating for one to five years and demonstrating measurable results. Participants must be at least 18 years old and able to commit fully to the 16-week program, including a mandatory in-person immersive experience and regular virtual sessions. Fellows can be based anywhere in the world, contributing to a diverse and globally representative cohort.
