The F100 Growth Fund is requesting grant applications to support Black entrepreneurs in building and scaling high-potential businesses through funding, mentorship, and enterprise development support.
Focus areas, of this programme include increasing access to finance for Black founders, supporting business growth and job creation, improving representation of Black female founders, strengthening investment readiness, enabling enterprise scaling, building supply chain access and global business connections, and driving wider systemic and policy impact within the UK entrepreneurship ecosystem.
The F100 Growth Fund seeks to support ambitious Black entrepreneurs in advancing their businesses, improving access to capital, and contributing to broader economic prosperity and equity within the UK business landscape.
The programme forms part of a £1 million partnership that supports Black-led businesses in the United Kingdom by providing structured growth support and equity-free funding opportunities. It focuses on helping founders develop sustainable and scalable business models.
Selected businesses may receive up to £15,000 in equity-free funding along with participation in structured business workshops, financial modelling support, mentorship sessions, wellbeing support, and a Demo Day held at Sky headquarters. The programme also offers access to business broadband services, investor networks, and procurement opportunities.
The initiative is designed for up to 15 high-potential Black-led UK businesses that have an existing minimum viable product and are seeking to scale their operations. Applicants must be UK-registered businesses and are required to submit supporting materials such as a video and business presentation during the application process.
The programme aims to strengthen entrepreneurial outcomes by connecting founders with mentors, investors, and industry experts, while also providing opportunities for peer-to-peer learning through community events and networking sessions. It places strong emphasis on building long-term business capability and market readiness.
