The TUBİTAK is inviting applications to support the transformation of innovative clean technology ideas into scalable and competitive ventures while strengthening sustainable entrepreneurship ecosystems.

The programme is designed to foster the growth of clean technology ventures by enabling startups and SMEs to develop sustainable business models and expand their market potential. It also emphasizes building strong entrepreneurship ecosystems through collaboration between public and private sector stakeholders.
Implemented as part of the Global CleanTech Innovation Programme for the period 2022 to 2027, the initiative is carried out in cooperation with multiple national institutions and international organizations. It includes accelerator programmes that support early-stage and growth-stage ventures operating in Türkiye, particularly those with technology readiness levels between 3 and 7.
The programme has already demonstrated progress through previous accelerator cohorts, where numerous teams successfully completed training and development processes. It also integrates initiatives focused on inclusive green transition, supporting participation from diverse groups and promoting sustainable economic development.
Funding under the programme is provided through structured award mechanisms linked to project proposals submitted under TÜBİTAK calls. For each project proposal submitted under the 1832 Green Transformation in Industry Call and included in the reporting process, 135,000 TL is awarded to the interface organization. For proposals submitted under the 1707 SME Support Call for Order-Based R&D Projects, 180,000 TL is provided, based on inclusion in the case analysis and reporting requirements.
The support period for projects under this programme is defined as 12 months, during which selected participants are expected to carry out their proposed activities without extension.
Eligibility is open to specific types of institutions and organizations, including technology transfer offices within higher education institutions, technology development zone management companies and their subsidiaries, and foundations established by law. Applicants are required to clearly outline the contributions of various stakeholders such as private sector entities, universities, non-governmental organizations, cooperatives, and public institutions involved in the project.
The programme does not accept joint applications and requires each applicant to independently demonstrate their capacity to implement and manage project activities effectively while contributing to the broader objectives of clean technology innovation and green economic transformation.
