Deadline Date: April 21, 2026
The RootCamp’s Pilot Project program is currently accepting applications to support startups with proven technologies in piloting their solutions and building partnerships within corporate environments.
The program focuses on startups with established technology and products, offering ready-to-scale solutions that are unique and grounded in strong scientific or technological backgrounds.
The program begins with an ideation phase, which aligns needs and defines the project framework. Following this, a Project Charter is created jointly by the startup and corporate partner with RootCamp’s support, defining milestones, objectives, length, budget, and deliverables. Once the Agreement is signed, the joint pilot can officially start.
Pilot outcomes are determined collaboratively by the startup, corporate partner, and RootCamp, and may include product co-development, commercial partnerships, licensing agreements, extension of the customer base, or additional investments. Each project is supported by a budget for conducting the project, though this does not cover personnel costs of the participating parties. Projects are guided by a dedicated RootCamp project manager and a mentor from the corporate partner, and the terms, length, and conditions are tailored individually to each project. Startups also have the optional opportunity to attend all acceleration program activities and events.
RootCamp typically runs two programs per year, with each startup participating for a minimum of three months up to one year, including the pilot project.
